That’s quite the collection of knickknacks you’ve got there.
Just a few items collected on my travels…. I picked up one ceiling fresco in Italy from a palace and had it shipped over in one of my galleons

Off out shortly to sample the fare at a local ale house….. only one tankard of meade for me as I am taking the reins

Seeing as you are in Dorset did you go to Lyme Regis ? we loved that place
We are right at the northern edge of Dorset on the border with Hampshire so not really close to Lyme Regis.
We will be venturing out to see a castle tomorrow and as usual photos will follow.

I tell you again and again: your photos are incredible, Steve!(y)
Thanks Louis.
We booked a specific time to look around inside the house but there were many other people there too so as usual I had to be patient to get the snaps I wanted without folk in them.
Last night we went for a walk by a small lake on the campsite where we are staying and a deer ran out across our path and stood transfixed looking at us but was gone before I could get a photo of it.

Memoirs from a caravan trip
Banging the top of your head on the bottom of an open window when you stand up after closing a caravan locker hurts

IT STILL HURTS THE SECOND TIME ONLY IT IS COMPOUNDED BY STUPIDITY

Observation number 2:
A lump hammer, by definition, most definitely does create lumps….. on knuckles, especially when struck repeatedly ( of course, this was done in the name of research )
