Greetings, Few Good Men :) My name is Ulf Norman. Born and bred in Sweden but live with my wife Vickie in Ohio, USA. I've been a member previously but was in a period of not playing Combat Mission and foolishly let my account expire, but now I'm back and plan to stay :) Been interested in military history and gaming for as long as I can remember. Play CM, Total War and many of Paradox's strategic gaming titles. Ok, that'll be all for introductions for now, be happy to answer any questions. Cheers :)

(Scratching head) I have a question, but feel free not to answer it. (Besides being none of business - I'm thinking it may be a long answer)
How does a born and bred Swede end up in McGuffey Ohio of all places? :)

Let me ponder on 1. On 2., I am a follower of Jesus, so Christ would be my answer to that :) Not pushing that on anyone but you did ask ;) Maybe seeing the brutality of war in my studies in military history drove me to find higher meaning in life. Alrighty :)

It's actually a funny and gaming related story :) Back in December 2001 I lived in Sweden and had picked up a copy of the MMORPG Everquest. I had created a dwarf paladin and one day I met a troll shaman named Gagbana in Innothule Swamp. The two started talking and turns out the girl behind the troll lived in Ohio. She visited me twice in Sweden, I visited her in Ohio and in December 2004 I took the leap across the pond to join her :) We still play World of Warcraft together at times. That's the short version, Gunner :)

World of Warcraft! What is that, some new game? I still play Everquest (sadly, I'm not kidding).
