Hello everyone,

My name is BBrus (Bruno). I'm 22 and I come from Gran Canaria, Spain. I've been playing strategy games since we bought our first Win95 PC at home. I've played a few Grand Strategy titles (which I love, especially EU and HOI) and also more 'tactical' strategy with the CM and Close Combat series. I remember playing CMBO demo missions a dozen times each until I found the complete game at a store. I certainly didn't hesitate to buy it. ☺

I'm a 'realist' gamer, and I try to play games that are closer to simulation than to arcade gaming, and also try to apply real tactics and moves. I've been playing CMx2 online since May, when I joined TheBlitz, and found PBEM really fulfilling. To me CMBN/FI are the games where all those popular military maxims and quotes can be applied and will eventually lead you to victory.

So here I am, ready to participate in the forums and play a few battles from time to time.

Joining this community was the right decision because Combat Mission is at it's best when played against other humans
- but in our download section you will also find a lot of new scenarios to play against the AI.

Ahh. Young bucks. Welcome aboard. My first computer was a Radio Shack. I actually saved and loaded data with a "Cassette Deck". Floppy disks were not invented until a couple years later. Holy shat I am old.
