Yep, pretty much covers it. Just to clarify, the last point, you can go on missions with civilians, you are just not allowed to massacre them. Also, we might want to be pre-emptive and ban you from tracked vehicles as well

We stormed an airfield defended by two T-55s, a ZSU-23-4 (Shilka), BTR 60 PB and a platoon of mech infantry.

Ith decided we can just move in to an airfield without scouting it first. Turned out that airfield was defended by 2 T-55s, a Shilka, BTR and a whole bunch of infantry.
