I am currently watching a documentary about Operation Market Garden and got to thinking... when did John Frost die? The answer is 21st May 1993. During my quick search for it I came across this episode of This is Your Life. Its fantastic. Enjoy.

Captain Charles Hazlitt Upham, VC & Bar was a New Zealand soldier who earned the Victoria Cross twice during the Second World War: in Crete in May 1941, and at Ruweisat Ridge, Egypt, in July 1942.
