Not sure what you are asking... one would download a scenario (.btt) file created by a user and put the file in the Game Files/Scenarios/ directory... Then go to 'Battle' on the main screen the scenario will be there... one can play vs the AI (see scenario notes for how the scenario is designed, or one can play hotseat, or PBEM, or IP-Online)... If playing the AI the scenario designer should have setup plans for the AI, and thus state that... Hope this helps
