Vanilla ARMA 3 operations

A couple of the people in FGM have previously mentioned they are interested in joining an ARMA op but are daunted by the mod set and changes needed. I'd like to know if there is interest outside of the normal ARMA 3 crew who would turn up for a vanilla Sunday Op.
