Not really a game genre I would normally recommend (basically hordes of aliens sci-fi FPS playable as single player or co-op) but I think this game is worth a look because it not only is quite fun to play in a kill everything kind of way, but the game design/fidelity/graphics/gameplay really are top notch and somewhat innovative for what is a FREE game. I've know about it for some time now and I really am impressed by how well this game is supported and the quality of it as a product so I think it deserves a mention. Kudos to the developers of the game.

So if you feel like some quality shoot-em up action and don't want to pay a cent, try out Warframe.
