Heraklion is working out well so far (I think)... so I shall be taking my notebooks along with me on vacation next week and start work on a similar-size battle narrative campaign set in the opening days of the Battle of the Bulge...
Ok, is 18 minutes too long after first post to sign up for the future campaign ?

Yes, thanks, it's working very well (if a little more work than I though -- but limiting it to this scale of battle makes for a managable load) -- your character immersion is great, keep it up @Rico
You are doing a great job with Heraklion. I am thoroughly enjoying your Heraklion scenario leadership. I hope you are enjoying my character immersion.

A couple of months only, that is not a long wait for something good. Heck, if you make it for X-mas I would be happy. Thanks for doing it for the community, must be a lot of hard work.To all the players wanting to sign up ... this is still a couple of months away at least -- but thanks for the vote of confidence.
I have ay PDF about the weather in Normandy/The Bulge. Haven't even looked at it and don't know if it is any use. I can send it to you. Also, I have Command Ops 2 which has several scenarios set during the opening days of the Bulge. My impression is that it is a well researched game, so that can provid info if you're interested.
@Rico : that is a text version of the PDF I have, and it seems easier to read so use that instead. Let me know if you want help from CO2.here is a link of some real weather reports. details can be found towards the bottom of the page
