The 116th Infantry Regiment is engaged in mopping up operations between Grandcamp and Isigny, overcoming final enemy opposition at Maisy and Géfosse-Fontenay.
This is an fictional PBEM/H2H-battle allthoug there was some fighting at Géfosse-Fontenay by the 116th US Infantry Regiment. The map is loosely based on Google Map-information but the topography is pure fiction.

Nice looking little map. But there are way too many forces for a map of this size. Not much tactics when having a symmetrical open map with the objectives in the middle – will turn into a mad dash for the objectives.
