Meeting Engagement around Pont-la-DeCross
The game is a fictitious meeting engagement
between British forces and the Luftwaffe,
supported by German Army’s armour.
On June 6th 1944, at 1300 hours, scouts from
both sides reported back to their Battlion HQ’s.
On this day it is hazy, warm with a gentle
wind from the west.
The ground conditions damp, due to the storms
over the past few days
The objective is to maintain and secure the area
in addition to taking the bridge at Pont–la-DeCross
