BRITISH SUB-CANOE

Motorised Submersible Canoe (MSC) nicknamed the 'Sleeping Beauty'.
Released from a submarine near the target and powerd by an electric motor, they were intended to place an explosive charge on the hull of anchored enemy ships. They only saw limited use, notably when they sank two Jap ships in Phuket harbour, Thailand.
