Shorker's Front Theater

That was amazing to watch Shorker! One of the coolest AAR's I've seen.
What software do you use to capture the in-game footage and then edit it all?

I went to have a second look at your video and now I'm unable to watch it because it's blocked due to some copyright law. Weird.

Thank you very much, mates - I'm glad you like it! Makes me proud and your applause was worth all the working hours.
Making a "defender movie" is a bit easier - but I'm still learning and things will be improved with every little film (and somewhat shorter too, of course
and with more explanations of what is going on).

@Concord: I'm using FRAPS and @Nelson1812 gave me the tip to edit the movie with Windows Movie Maker. It works quiet well - but be careful:
Make copies of your original video clips (puzzle pieces) to watch them with Media Player (or whatever you are using) - but the originals must only
be opened with Movie Maker otherwise you will make them unusable.

@nathangun: That's weird.... Is it also blocked on the YouTube website itself? As far as I can see it, everything is OK with the video clip. I had to declare/accept
that the music is the property of somebody else right after the upload and that was it. My video was not deleted or something and there was no complaint from YouTube or a third
party (the owner of the music). o_O

Ah, it works on my PC but not on my phone. I love that tune at the start, lol. You should use the 'Huntsman chours' for your next one.
:D Looked for it at YT - heard it for the first time. It's good! :) I was looking for some hunting music already (mainly horn signals). But this one is yours. ;)
The fanfare at the beginning is called "The Coronation of King George II." I like it very much too.

Might be time to invest in Fraps.
It's free, I think

No, it costs 27,00 Euros at the moment - there is a free test version which is good enough for to make screenshots but in this testversion videos are limited to 30 seconds only.
Fraps is OK and easy to use - but I saw other programmes of that kind at YouTube in between, so if I had to decide again I would test the other programmes as well.
But not that I regret my purchase - absolutely not. ;)

Thank you, Nelson - thank you all! :) I'm also very excited what the Russians will bring next in order to crush my defence line. ;)

Absolutely beautiful! Man I love this game.
Thank you, Enigma - and yes, allthough it has it's flaws, I completely agree with you - compared to other games
Combat Mission is one of the absolutely very best game series ever! ;)

Well done. I caught myself reaching for the mouse a few times to look around. I've been dabbling in fraps demo myself. I try to record short clips and screenshots of interesting actions on the battlefield.

Thank you, Andrew! :) Since I bought the "Magix Filmmaker" things have been stalled becuase it is somewhat complicated to get the intro right with the music etc. I must look into this again. "Filming" the battles is a lot of fun! :)
