Yeah Id def try talking to John about it. He sees this stuff all the time. FWIW Im running a GTX 1660 TI on 561.09 drivers on this PC. My other one I think is using the same drivers but on a RTX 2060 Super. I could of sworn I saw somewhere folks having more problems with the latest RTX 4000 series cards.
Long shot idea, try running the game in compatibility mode for various windows. Right click on the shortcut or .exe to find this tab in properties.
