It is commonly attributed to Foch reporting to Joffre during the battle of the Marne.
I don't know about the website rework, not involved with that. I guess @Bootie still working on that. But you can find the links through Google still.
It works for me. I see 86 CMRT scenarios in the home page under categories.
Works for me as well. To be fair, Bootie has a lot on his hands and he puts his own money into it.
