The first draft of the instruction manual is pretty much complete. A word of warning though, it's 6,000 words long and dare I say it relatively complex. But I wanted to have a go at creating a campaign level game which covers everything from logistics to defensive fortifications. My initial thought was lets go 'big' and if people think it's too complex it can always be cut down.
The campaign game which I'm working on requires players to download a copy of hexdraw (the free version will suffice) from
www.hexdraw.com. I am yet to add instructions for use of hexdraw to the manual, and there is no index or contents page, but pretty much everything else I wanted to initially include is is in the word doc. Your feedback would be much appreciated.
I've attached a PDF version of the manual. I don't think this forum will allow me to upload a word doc, but if you''d like a copy of the word doc which you can make alterations to then PM me and I'll send a copy over.
PS Rico credit goes to you. I've been taking a lot of inspriration and ideas from your campaign game
