Nope - had same thing earlier when Red attacked us in Poland.

No Empire can launch an attack INTO a territory already under attack, or FROM a territory that is under attack.

Dismal results in HUNGARY and GREECE give the GREENS two victories and a points lead.
(Bizarre battle situation in Greece -- where I matched @Mad Mike knights in units, but somehow he managed to outnumber my infantry nearly two to one with a horde of archer and crossbow units)
