There is a turn deadline on the above page... 8th Sept 04:52 (right hand side of page).
Then it automatically moves onto the next turn... I think?. The AI takes over that move anybody misses.

My nation is split in 4 parts. Great.
Since the Krim has always been Rrr...Skythian! of course I took Taurica from the independants and sent some money towards Bosporus to befriend them.
Sarmatia is the main target. They already declined my invitation for cooperation. Those infidels will pay for it!
See that single piece of land in the middle? That is actually the capital of the province. All armies are get built there. I've built one to find out...
