The Outhouse was for the construction crew during the rebuild, it's gone now and my guests will have to use the ample forest...

Did I mention I own 3 adjacent lots (house is on middle lot) so I will never have neighbors breathing down my neck. Perfect for a fellow with PTSD.

The beaches are about 10 miles away, can't see them since I'll be living amongst the coastal range.
