Guys, total disaster here! My electrical system at home broke down and fried everything—washing machine, dryer, bedroom TV, living room sound system, router, laptop, PC... you name it. So, I’m gonna be out of the game for a few days. I’ve got to call the insurance tomorrow (Monday) and sort this mess out. I’ll keep you posted on how long it’s gonna take. Fingers crossed!

Alright, I called my insurance company, and for now, they’re sending an adjuster to make a report and list all the damaged devices. Hopefully, this won’t drag on for too long. I also managed to talk to my internet provider, and they’re sending a technician this morning to replace the router. Oh, and I reached out to the guys who installed my gas boiler—mornings here are already down to just 3 degrees...

The adjuster came by, and now I have to go to every single service center for the damaged devices to get repair estimates or, if they’re beyond repair, the replacement cost. So yeah, I’ll need to take my PC somewhere to get a quote. But first, I’m going to check the graphics card myself because I think that’s where the problem is.

I’ve already reached out to Samsung, Panasonic, AEG, and Beko—thankfully, they all have service centers here in my city. The ceiling fans are all from the same store, so that’s one less headache. As for the transformers and USB power strips, the adjuster told me to just buy new ones and keep the receipts—everything neatly logged in an Excel sheet, of course. He also took photos of all the devices.

Right now, my top priority is the boiler. I’m using electric heaters for now, but a technician came yesterday to check it and confirmed what I already suspected: the electronic board needs replacing. Fingers crossed they can fix it this week because I’ve got 15 people coming over next week!

Terrible timing to deal with all this, honestly. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be able to join any online games until at least next year...
