He 111 crashed during a nightly flight near Lille, France, Aug 1940. The crew -incredible-escaped unharmed.

“No, the German Arado Ar 196A seaplane is not currently flying. While several examples of this aircraft survive, they are all preserved for static display in museums and are not airworthy. Production of the Ar 196 ended with World War.
Only three Ar 196 floatplanes from the original production run of 526 (excluding prototypes) are known to still exist.
These surviving aircraft are displayed in museums, including the Bulgarian Air Force Museum, the National Air and Space Museum, and the U. S. Naval Aviation Museum.”

Arado Ar 196 (Observation seaplane)
I had one of these in scaled down as a boy! The Arado Ar 196 was a shipboard reconnaissance low-wing monoplane aircraft built by the German firm of Arado starting in 1936. The next year it was selected as the winner of a design contest and became the standard aircraft of the Kriegsmarine...
