It is a clear example of the famous phrase: “Nothing is lost, everything is transformed,” by Antoine-Laurent Lavoisier.
A collection of captured German vehicles in Moscow, possibly after war's end. On the right a Tiger II, a late-model Tiger, an early-model Tiger, and probably several Panthers (the nearest Panther's turret blocks the view of the others but you can see the long 75mm barrels. ) On the left a mix of German and minor German allies' vehicles.
I'm 100% sure this is not Berlin.Panther at the end of war, Berlin, 1945.
You can see inscription on the wall in Cyrillic and Latin alphabets.
Bottom inscription looks like written in Polish "CZĘ" <- Ę is a letter in Polish only.
And then "WE LW" which would be followed with "WE LWowie".
And I did some reserach and found that this photo in fact was taken in Lwów
