Yes, although I haven't played it against other humans yet. Mostly I just fiddle with making maps and so forth on CMBN, but I'm looking forward to finding some human opponents. My experience with other computer games teaches that playing against the AI is of little help in gaining proficiency, so I fully expect to be crushed repeatedly until I gain experience. My only experience in CM of playing against humans was a dozen or so games about seven years ago of CMBB.

H2H and Dropbox? I take it those are programs that assist in PBEM games? How do they work?

Look on FGM forum, you find a section on both by Bootie, along with download file for H2H.
Dropbox.com use google to find it and set up a free account, allowing us to exchanged large size game files.
