Great movie scenes.

Remember seeing this for the first time in my late teens. Totally taken aback by it. Maybe because it was a totally new way of making documentaries in 1987. It was kind of an eye opener I guess. From what a kid imagined war was like, with all the heroics and stuff. But then I realized at my age of 16 or something, how sad war really is. It´s just sad.
All the letters are read by famous actors. See if you can recognize them :)
And as a bonus it´s got great music to.

Beth and I have been rewatching Star Trek, The Original Series. We watched The Doomsday Machine last night.



Commodore Decker wasn't a bad man. The loss of his crew drove him to madness. He died in the line of duty. Let the records reflect that.

Amazing how good TOS was.
