Well I figure showing up to this thread 13 pages in it's a safe bet a lot of the classics have already been posted. So I'll chip in some lesser known movies/scenes.
Start off with True Romances interrogation scene with Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper. A bit long at 10 mins but worth it. Good stuff!

Although this might have been posted already, how about the infamous bloody bat dinner scene from the Untouchables! Very brutal and impossible to forget.
