Still one of my all time favorite scenes. We saw Dwight in Concert last Friday so this came to mind.
My favorite scene from Saving Private Ryan.
Agreed; this is the film's most touching episode, especially General Marshall's apparent memorization of Lincoln's letter.

This film has the most visceral scenes at the start when the landings occur......brutal yet thoroughly unmissable.
