Has any one come across this yet ? I was in the computer shop today getting some bits for my new graphics card and mentioned the games I currently play (SP and CM) when the IT geek said "you should play...."

He described it briefly and I had my interest perked enough to go home and look at it.

I saw the screen shots and though cool, but look like any other game. I then watched the video and I was hooked and registered and downloaded the game straight away.

Its only in beta form at the moment but it is free....free.

Its a team based tank combat game. Its in WWII and your team has 3 rounds to pulverize the other team.

I think this might be something we could get a FGM team into. Any one keen ?
 
Already seen this and already posted, use the "Search" form. Zaraza is in the beta, I'm sadly not. But we're planning on forming a squad once it's out...
 
The game's COMPLETELY fictional and unrealistic, but there was a proposition made by Krupp to fit a "schmalturm" onto a PzIV hull to improve combat worth. Technically not possible, though.
 
It is a sort of a shooter game, but you're not the soldier but a tankcommander ?
 
Yup, exactly. And instead of feet you got tracks and instead of a rifle you got a tank gun. But apart from that there probabaly aren't many differences.
 
It's free for now in beta form, but you can purchase with real dollars to improve tanks you have, instead of spend months of gaming time to build up points to get the next level of tank.
You start with a light tank thats has a pea shooter at level1 and slowly move up.
Myself I don't want to spend all my time in another Multi player real time game..I wasted 4+ in WOW
 
Your own fault - you should have stuck to proper games in the first place! :tongue1:
 
WOW was something that I never tried and never got into, thankgod. lol
