Had the same problem with Airborne...found out if the files were to big in the email, it would failed in delivery, had to send them separated, there a limit on file size with his email I believe.

Check your hotmail.com tool box settings, if anywhere there a setting for file size limits.
They may charge you to increase it.
Don't know Hotmail.com myself, only a suggestion.
