during each battle squads are deployed within the whole team. so they are in your squad. if you don't play with friends then being in a squad means nothing extra. while in a squad with your friends you can easily see where they are.

Oh ya that makes sense. I thought I read that in game chat is not available for H&G or is TS a workaround for that.

It is a different program. Something like Skype.
I wish it were Skype since I like it a lot. As far as I know TS is the communication app of choice. I've tried it and found it very difficult to use, so I don't.
Oh, managed to equip my German with an SMG! What a difference in attitude that makes. Not to mention a completely different play style.

Yes, there are tanks and planes. But while in a squad we can only play as either infantry, recon, tanker or pilot. If tanks are possible while in a squad then someone can use a tank for support.
Ok -- getting a little bored with this -- obviously not very good at it as I haven't played too many FPS games at all for years now -- but they don't call it "grinding" for nothing.
Maybe we should start a FGM squad, maybe it won't be such a chore.
Ok. So where is the gamma control setting. Everything is so dark, I can't see anything. I need to lighten things up a bit.
