Hi to all

welcome aboard, been playing CM for a long time and this is the most interesting site now. Enjoy.

Hi Steve! :)

Welcome to the FGM from a fellow Army Brat!

With your interest in Military History, Motorcycle Riding, and Photography, you will have a lot of conerstones in common with members of the Club for sure!

I espeically like your Avatar, with the caption below, connecting history with your interest in Riding BMW's!

"What did you have to wave for, I told you BMW riders are a set of unfriendly bastards...." A good one!

The BMW R1100R is a great bike, especially for distance riding, and we see a lot of them passing through Dubrovnik as they cruise the Dalmatian Coast, the Ride of a Life Time.

You should definitely plan a Run here one of these days!

I am a Harley Rider myself, and have an Upgraded 1993 Sportster 1200 that I have been riding since 1998. She is the pride and joy of my life! Like yours I'm sure!

Like you, I combine riding with photography, which really lets you capture the "Magic Moments" your encouter while "Riding the Wind"!

I especially liked your video with the compilation of the photographs you took while "On the Run"! Just super!

Althought it seems you are not presently "Do'n Battle" on the CM Front, you might want to consider "Giving it a Shot" since it provides as excellent platform to learn more about Military History of the period in which you are fighting the battle.

Anyway, "All the Best" with the FGM, and Ride Safe!

Adio from Dubrovnik Land!

Thanks very much.

My motto for riding is "fast enough to enjoy the bends, slow enough to enjoy the scenery".

A couple of little videos using a go pro cam mounted to the top of the crash helmet....

I've also had a Harley in the past (softail heritage), but went back to beemers.
Ride safe.

Steve
