I set it up with me as Crusader and you as Saracen, since that's what pictures and icons indicate (even though it formally says: Middle tier: @chiquichops (Saracen) vs @kronenblatt (Saracen)).
Sorry, typo - yes, there is only the one Ayyubid Egyptian army option.
First battle result in -- @olaf 's gazillion foot archers dominate on the rough, broken terrain... he marches on towards Jerusalem to challenge for the throne next round.

I think I'm going to hold off on recruiting off-FGM for the moment -- I'm away for 10 days from this Friday until the 15th -- will see how things go when I get back if we don't have a FGM volunteer 
Maybe you ought to fight me. I figure maybe if I fight two battles I might advance. The in the second round, if I have won both previous battles, I win by default, then I go straight to the King battle.
