Ok sorry do I hit ceasefire on my turn? Not sure how the PBEM sequence works.
it takes a turn after both sides have offered cease fire.
ok so after my next turn I will hit ceasefire. Or will the ceasefire you started come up?

You can hit it anytime and then after both have it on the game ends after a round or two, so it will not end instantly as in single player. If you click it again it will ask if you want to cancel the cease fire offer. You can put it on now if you feel that were done here .
Ok 90 up and I hit the cease fire. Sorry for the newbie confusion.
No worries, I'm not totally sure myself how the logic goes since sometimes it feels it takes quite a while for the game to end after ceasefire. Also the etiquette on should you stand down or keep fighting depends on the situation and did you tell about the cease fire offer.

So I made bit of a mistake since I was supposed to have AT gun platoon but I realized on second turn that I didn't have them, so I had just 1 tank and 2 SPG's to fight off tanks, but it was late to turn back. I didn't originally plan to attack through the village but to flank from my left, but when the Panthers rolled in that went out of the window. I tries to lure your tanks to mine to get advantage by ambushing them but that didn't work out either. I still had about 2 platoons of fresh infantry that I was going to rush to village as second wave but then decided to call it a day at this point and not get everyone killed.

Good game. Yes I was going through that center village banking on the assumption that you had an abundance of forces on the flanks. Then I screwed up by hunkering down way too long allowing you to move infantry there AND get hammered by your mortars. I chose the Panthers and Hummel thinking I might be facing T34s or/and a JS2. But I still could have easily lost at least two tanks to your T34 and SP. I should have had a bit more infantry. That screenshot is awesome. Anytime you want a rematch let me know.
I'd like some attack/defence match, if you're up for that I can set up a new game

Do you still want to play germans? Want to attack or defend? I found a nice map for medium forces if we don't want to scale things up
How about I will be germans attack, or russians defend - you pick.
