The CAD program that they are using looks similar to what we use here in the fire dept. (3rd pic). Our dispatch too looks far more high tech with the dispatchers able to serf the net or watch one of 2 huge big screen TV's during the slow times. And where is the kitchen to make lunch. Fire dept. is based on lunch time, 2 BBQ's, 2 sleep-overs, 4 days off.
