North Korean army minister 'executed with mortar round'

Nothing like a good old purge of members of the North Korean military or party.
Reminder me of Stalin and all his nasty ways.

We do already, only we spend a lot more with drones, of coarse we also kill many around that may not be anyone but in the wrong place at the wrong time.
