Tractors towing Soviet 203 mm model 1931 B-4 howitzers. This gun was too heavy for wheels and thus tracks had to be used, even though it was not self propelled. The barrel was normally removed and transported separately during long marches, but an artillery tractor could tow the assembled howitzer for shorter trips. Posted on Twitter by Tank Archives, he has a seemingly endless supply of great photos.
Loading the ML-20 152mm gun-howitzer. The standard HE projectile weighs 43 kg / 94 lbs !! This was the same gun used in the SU-152 / ISU-152
