So I just recently installed WINBLOWS 7...Seems CM is acting real weird...5 dollars for a fix? IS this true???

As for the windows 7 fix, I think its has something to do with running it in XP compatibility mode. I think there are quite a few guys on Win 7 now and they should be able to help.

Correct. Simply run CM in Admin and/or WinXP Compatibility Mode and everything's fine. You're not required to buy that patch. Only problem is if you don't have Win7 'Premium' - that workaround does NOT work with the 'Home' version.
