A victory for the Anglo Saxons (27%) against the Welsh (58%).

That was a hard slog... I knew my opponent would race to the high ground so I pivoted my attack straight away but over extended and my CinC fell in combat... then it was proper bare knuckle fighting as we smashed away at each other with flanks crumbling. The Welsh had the upper hand but lost heart and left the battlefield despite in my opinion still being in a strong position!

After a slow start, we're making good headway. I expect we'll have a result pretty soon. Those Anglo-saxon hirdsmen pack a punch so I have the edge right now but the Welsh cavalry hasn't come into play quite yet.
