What am I doing wrong with troops dismounting the driver goes with them and leaves the Halftrack unmovable ?

Dont select dismount but give the passengers a move order.

Your welcome. And it does not nessesary need to be a "move" order. It can be a quick order to. Which is beter since they dismount faster.
