In finnish airsoft circles that's what is called a "corpse rag". It just means you've been hit already and are now considered wounded/dead/otherwise incapacited.

I initially thought playing some of the spooky missions for Arma 3 but I just happened to come across some OFP files I had backed up, this mission included, and decided that it was time to return to my roots.

A bit of a sweaty moment, getting ganged up by three M47s at very close range. Luck was on my side as all their shots missed me. Got spooked by the middle tank since it kept reversing no matter how many rounds I pumped into it, but turned out it was just sliding back down the slope.
What game was this?

Also you guys might wonder why I used the Bofors 37mm AT-gun from NF-mod in this Sunday's mission instead of the Japanese AT-gun from EAW.
