That's a musical magnum opus compared to anything from the Shaggs.

The name Pink Floyd is derived from two early blues artists........Pink Anderson......

And Floyd Council.......

Both musicians died within a year of the release of Pink Floyd's seminal album, Wish You Were Here (1975).
