My first PBEM opponent was POS,he guided me through the whole process playing a small scenario of his.
He even let me beat him at that game :)
At the second game he wasnt so polite and clubbed me to death with his PZIVs :)

Ivan Mcintosh. I have never defeated him ever.

Cheers!

I cant remember.
But i remember that one of the first PBEMs i played was A Warm Place to sleep.

When beating my Nephew was no longer enough I joined The Blitz and my first opponent was Mike Abberton. I actually won the first QB. I played against him for 5 years straight and we basically traded wins.

My first PBEM opponent was Ratzki over at the Blitz. He beat me handily in a small CMBO scenario. I've been struggling to master the learning curve of playing human opponents since.

My first "Misters" were two guys called "Mother" and "Marshall666". :) And they took me out like a clucking hens show the world her chicks. They said "See You this?" and "...if You do it so..." or "...not bad, but You should do this..." and BOOM one unit after another goes to the devil. So it continues through our games. It was terrible. But Marshall give me good advices every time we played a game. He was a good teacher. THANK YOU, MARSHALL!!! :thumb:

Greetings

Never ever. I came close once in a draw with a 1% difference meaning victory of the minor variety to me, but always draws, never won. He beat me handily quite a few times in return.

Bar none: the most damned fine CM player the world has ever seen.

Cheers!

:typing:

Invite him over to the dark side.

He's retreated from wargaming a bit, but I'll talk to him about checking out FGM. I'd like to get him hooked on Domination, TBH.

: )

Cheers!

Doctor S, over at GameSquad/Armchair General (one of their early incarnations). It was CMBB. I still have some screenshots of it, somewhere. I was thoroughly schooled.

My most common foe has got to be Numberz.

My first was a guy named Dennis (just like me). He wasn't in any club, got his name from the Battlefront forum. We played a few games trading wins and then he disappeared. That was about 6 years ago, I guess. Been losing steadily ever since.

I think it was you cargol, i remember you slipping a PzIV behind my lines and messing up my sherman group lol

Lol, i remember that game.U were killing my infantry quite good and u had most of my squads on the run.
I was trying desperately to find a way to avoid a crushing defeat.
If i recall good the outcome was a draw and i was very happy about it :)

Lol not as happy as i was about not losing my first game. I honed my skills against my friends with plenty of LAN games tho
