Windows 8.1 and CMBN Screenshot Problems

I normally have no problem taking screenshots but whenever I try with CMBN + Windows 8.1, it keeps capturing the background screen (i.e. the desktop) rather than the image in the game. Does anyone know what the problem is (other than user error!) and how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated.

Print screen doesnt work with CM. Most folk use fraps I believe.
