BATTLE 1: DACIA - Green attack from Thracia: @Wellsonian - Dacian (50-88 BC) vs @HOA_KSOP - Germanic Foot Tribes (105 BC - 259 AD)

The Green Empire brings its benevolent mastership to Dacia (58 - 2). The Dacian's rejoice, throwing flower petals in front of the advancing Macedonian/Greek/Eastern Roman troops from Constantinople.

Thanks to HOA for the excellent turn rate and fun game. I'll let you use the lucky Rabbit's Foot next time, I swear.

First TWO battles completed:

GREEN captures DACIA with a Major Victory (58% - 2% = +56%)

BLUE captures HISPANIA with a Minor Victory (68% - 29%= +39%)

BLUE now control the CARTHAGO region and will earn 1 GOLD at start of the next turn.

Yeah, well it was clear that attacking up a hill is not a good idea. Somehow I thought Germans could run up hills faster than Dacians. Clearly, the Dacians are the king of that particular hill in this game. Thanks for the game, if you could call it that LOL. The only challenge I offered your forces was the length of time it will take to clean their weapons.

The GREEN Empire is starting to run away with its rampant expansionism...

Latest news from the fields of battle: CILICIA has resisted the warm, prosperous embrace of The YELLOW Empire, inflicting a stinging 51% - 16% defeat.
@Nathangun tactics using his plentiful Greek light units to screen my Persian archers was masterful, and once the Hoplites got to the hand to hand business, it was pretty much over -- kudos to him.

The freedom loving folk of Italia have checked the naked ambition of the Reds, aided by mysterious green cloaked advisors from far off Constantinople. 47-17. Thanks to kronenblatt for the fun battle!

Latest news: the RED Empire attack into ITALIA suffers a setback with a (47% - 17%) Major Defeat.
