The YELLOW Empire scraped home with a razor thin+3% win over the RED Empire in BABYLON. (I won first battle 62% - 53 and @Bootie won the second by 61% - 55%)
@Bootie was really unlucky not to carry the day -- some fortunate late rallies on my side made the narrowest of differences) -- well played, sir.

This campaign/tourney is in a bit of a hiatus -- @Badger73 has pulled out due to personal reasons and @Nelson1812 is taking a couple of weeks break for health reasons.
