I am not surprised. My understanding is that Portland has more strip clubs per capita than anywhere else in the US.

Absolutely. Due to the fact there are no restrictions on alcohol or level of well, nakedness, it is a lucrative business. Almost no rules whatsoever. Tourists lose their mind, and their wallets.
