Close battle all the way @Nelson1812 ! The difference was your calvary because my infantry was outstanding. Considering my troops in the middle had to battle uphill the whole game and basically pushed you off the heights and having this game be THAT close, I'll take it. I just didn't have the quality calvary nor the numbers to match up to yours. Having 2 of my 4 cavalry units rout at the same time early on offered serious challenges which my infantry almost made up for. I liked how you used your missile troops, very unique. I could just never extend my lead and get separation on the score. Tough to lose at the end but thanks for a great game, I really enjoyed it!.

It was a bitch of a map with hills in the middle cut by a deep stream - worst place possible to fight a phalanx formation battle - but @Badger73 played the terrain better and outmanoeuvred me quite decisively. Well played.

The BLUE Empire's attack into NARBONENSIS has been repulsed with a 8% - 43% Major Defeat.

This just leaves the battle for PONTUS to be resolved.
