Round 1 is concluded with the RED facture of @kronenblatt starting to "paint the map red", capturing GALLIA and AFRICA -- GREEN took a hammering in this opening turn, while BLUE is locked in a vicious fight against the Sassanids in CILICIA, but has also captured ASIA.

We open Turn 2 with the Barbarian Die Roll -- it's a 2 & 6 -- this means the Franks are invading GERMANIA.

RED has 4 Action Points, BLUE has 3 AP's and GREEN has 2 AP's.

Player orders sequence is:

BLUE @chiquichops (1 Prestige)

GREEN @Nathangun

1 & 2: Move army across sea border from Gallia to Britannia.
3: Build army in Germania. Or does it need to be in Pannonia?
4: Move army from Africa to Aegyptus.

Not quite:

All factions have a TWO army maximum limit, so you can't build a third army.

Other two moves ok.

If you don't attack Franks in Germania, then the Fortification marker in Germania absorbs the Frankish attack for one turn and is then eliminated, and the Franks will move on to attack your garrison.

OK, thanks, so then I do this instead, if it works:
1: Move army from Gallia to Germania. (Saved by the bell, @chiquichops ...)
2: Move army from Africa to Aegyptus.

If I can save my two remaining AP, I'll do so. If I can't then:
3: Build border fort in Gallia.
4: Build border fort in Pannonia.
