Hitler's death in Inglorious Basterds is the best one for me.
Since it is just about Christmas........how about a quick scene from the best Christmas movie ever.
I like how Jason switched the battlefield to favor the shotgun over the rifle.

This scene made me laugh so hard I almost hurt myself. I can assign each character to a woman in my family. And I mean that with respect.
