H2H / PBEM helper

Ok having a little problem. Bidermann has set up a game in CMSF called Quick Battle Bootie Bid. I play the turn and the return file is auto naming it Quick Battle 002 meaning it isnt connection properly with Dropbox and not registering my turn on H2HH. ANy ideas?

Rename it manually in widows explorer. CMx2 does sometimes decides to rename QB's very early in the battle...

Not sure where else to post this.
I have H2HH version 1.6.2, unable to see the "helper log" window, I can't use "Game chat" .
Every time I start H2HH I get this error message "Can't load image from file 'images/h2hh.png': file does not exist."
