The State of California can detect unauthorized blasting, but can't adequately inspect dams....getting your money's worth from bureaucrats out there Terry.

Work being done this year, before the rainy season starts again, is on schedule to be done by November 1.

I just cannot believe they filled that huge 60' hole with concrete in the time it took!
